With such a busy lifestyle it was difficult to keep on top of eating nutritious and healthy meals. That's why I started ordering from Prepped With Passion. Aarron is always great with orders and replies almost instantly. The customer service is brilliant; and the food is just as good. I usually order the same thing every week which includes my favourite burgers and my boyfriends favourite which is fajitas. The food is gorgeous and great quality. The meat in each dish is always done perfectly especially the peppered steak which is another favourite of ours. Would definitely recommend!

Ordering

How to order your fresh, healthy meals from Prepped with Passion.

How do I order

Choose a package that suits your dietary needs; we range from 1 meals per day to 5 meals per day. You will then be able to fill your order bag with meals split between two different delivery slots. 60% of your order will come on Sunday and 40% on Wednesday. Once both delivery bags are full, you will be able to proceed to checkout and complete your order.

What happens if i miss the order cut off point for the following weeks worth of meals?

If you miss the order cut off which is 9am every Friday for the following week, your order is automatically submitted for the next week's meal prep.

How can I pay?

We accept payment through our website, simply enter your card details and the order will be processed.

When will I get my order?

Our delivery days are Sunday and Wednesday between 5pm and 8pm. Meals can also be collected on either day between 5 and 6pm from The Boxworks, Annex 5, Heysham Rd, Aintree, L30 6UR

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across Liverpool. All L Postcodes.

Can I collect my meals?

Yes, You can collect from between 5 and 6pm on Sundays and Wednesdays from The Boxworks, Annex 5, Heysham Rd, Aintree, L30 6UR.

What happens if i am not in for my delivery?

If you are not in your chosen address to receive your delivery and you haven’t instructed us to deliver to a neighbour or a different address then your meals will be returned to our kitchen and you can collect from The Boxworks, Annex 5, Heysham Rd, Aintree, L30 6UR. Please contact to arrange a time.

How do I reheat my meals?

Remove the lid and sauce pot if there is one, leave lid loosely on. A typical 800w microwave would take around 3-4 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

What is the allergy information

All meals show potential allergens. Please get in touch if you require further information

How long do our meals last in the fridge?

Our meals have a 4 day fridge life from the date of delivery.

Are the meals macro counted?

Yes - We have added the macronutrient count to all of our dishes on our meal labels to help you track your calorie intake.
